 Yuyao Yongji Plastic Mold Factory was established in 1995 and is located in Yuyao City, known as the "Mold Base of China". We enjoy convenient transportation network. We integrate design, mold making and plastic part molding. We adhere to the tenet of "standard management" and abiding by ISO9000 Quality Management System standard. Our business covers IT, medical treatment, communication, automobile, electromotion and home appliance fields. We have strong technical force, with 8 senior design & manufacturing engineers, 15 mode technical experts, 28 technicians and 8 quality controllers. We have accumulated rich experience in manufacturing injection plastic molds. We have the capacity of processing 130cm mold cavities and 6300g injection molds. We annually produce more than 500 sets of molds and use about 2000 tons of raw materials. Besides, we are equipped with computer projectors and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to guarantee the product quality. We can fully meet our customers' needs. |
